  Application Consultant Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in user requirement meetings
  • Assist in system analysis and design
  • Participate in the development of application systems
  • Conduct unit test / system test / integration test to ensure the testing meets user requirements
  • Assist in end-user training to operate and use the system
  • Provide end-user support services and prepare system documentation

Basic Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree / Master holder in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics or related discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in any of the following technologies:
    • C#, VB.net, MS Excel / Word with VBA
    • HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java

  Assistant Project Manager

Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
  • Understand and manage clients’ requirements and expectations
  • Plan, control and oversee full project life cycle, including feasibility study, requirement gathering, system analysis & design, development & implementation, testing, training, UAT, deployment, nursing support and maintenance
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Align and manage internal resource to meet project schedule
  • Participates in quality management reviews
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, implementation partners and internal resources to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner
  • Negotiate and resolve changing needs and requirements from customers
  • Assist Presale activities including requirement gathering, estimation and proposal preparation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years in IT project management including at least 5 years of experience in implementation of HR projects
  • Proven track record in leading full-cycle and end-to-end HR system implementation
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Candidate with consulting background or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be at advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
